Richardson RFPD and Innoscience Ink International Pact
Innoscience Expertise, a provider of high-performance, low-cost gallium-nitride-on-silicon (GaN-on-Si) energy options, has signed a world distribution settlement with Richardson RFPD, an Arrow Electronics firm.

Richardson RFPD will provide full design help and product availability for Innoscience’s huge energy gadget portfolio protecting each Low Voltage (30V-150V) in addition to Excessive Voltage (650V) GaN energy units.
